Résumé

Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.Instead of arbitrarily increasing the sample size from 424 to 504, it would have been better to apply a suitable Deff since there is clustering.In Table 1, the percentages of uptake for the different categories of the independent variables are not correct.Because of this, some statements in the Discussion are also not correct.
