Résumé

Decolonisation of health has been an important topic, and this opinion piece is of great value. The opinion piece succeeds in posing the health care strategies of colonial UK and the ramifications on health care in East Africa. Challenges such as changing health care priorities, academic and publications challenges are well identified. The positioning of future priorities are also notable.
