Review of: "Exploring Video Consultations within Sexual Health Services."

Potential competing interests: The author(s) declared that no potential competing interests exist. This is an important topic because it emphasizes the potential and enormous opportunities in using video consultation to provide sexual health services and, by extension, other health services. The article was well-written and relevant to the current needs of patients seeking sexual health services during the pandemic. Nonetheless, the article did not adequately describe the scientific rigor of the research process (how mixed methods were used, research participants, data collection, and data analysis). Furthermore, consistency in the use of abbreviations is required (for instance, the authors used F2F and FTF for face-to-face consultations).
