Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.Generally this is a very well written research paper, however, I suggest that you have a section for results and be numbered 3.0.Under this section, all subsections of 3.0 with results can be put under results.There is no need of having a section named Statistical Analysis.You can have this under materials and methods and even under results.Currently it is hard to separate materials and methods with the results.The two are mixed together but can be separated.If you look closely, some statements in section 3 can be put under Materials and Methods though most content fits to be under results.I understand that the authors are working on including more respondents, which will also Improve on the area of coverage of the participants for this research.These are minor and specific comments:1.
