part: 'Research on the outcome of seropositive status disclosure has been uneven, both in time and geography, and is limited, particularly in the Tigray region'.Your evidence being uneven in Tigray?, we have to be evidence based when writing something on publishable papers.The evidence could also be annual, quarter health bureau reports of the region, or at national level, not only published reports/articles.On determining association, I don't think like you used what you planned to use.In the abstract part it looks like you planned to consider variables statistically significant at P < 0.05.However, on table found page 11, all variable considered for bivariate are tested in multivariate logistic regression analysis.Therefore, you need to rewrite/reanalyze the data according to your plan.Additionally, on multivariate logistic regression analysis, the reference variable is the last/first variable according to your choice.Brief the difference between bivariate and multivariate logistic regression?i am not sure you are clear.What are your operational definition in the context of your definition?what you wrote with reference are definition of terms.Operational definitions don't have references, should define the interested variables scientifically considering the local context included in your study.Therefore, you need to rewrite your operational; definition according to the local context included in the study, you do not need to put some once/organizations definition which could be considered as definition of terms.
