Tablier Abdominal Associé à une Éventration. À Propos de 2 Observations

Résumé

Le tablier abdominal designe le relâchement cutane du bas abdomen recouvrant le pubis. Il peut s’accompagner d’un excedent graisseux et/ou d’un relâchement musculaire. Sa correction est obtenue par une abdominoplastie visant a reduire la masse cutaneo-graisseuse au-dessous de l’ombilic. Ce tablier abdominal peut s’associer a une eventration. Celle-ci peut etre traitee avec ou sans prothese independamment du tablier. Le present travail pose la problematique de la prise en charge de ces deux anomalies en un seul temps operatoire. Il s’agit de deux observations concernant des patientes ayant presente un tablier abdominal associe une eventration. La prise en charge chirurgicale a consiste en une abdominoplastie couplee a une cure d’eventration par une prothese en un seul temps operatoire. Les suites operatoires ont ete simples. ABSTRACT Abdominal apron refers to a layer of fat and/or muscle covered by skin on the anterior abdominal wall of obese and formerly obese patients, which, when it hangs over folds of skin, can form a site for fungal growth. Its correction is obtained by an abdominoplasty to reduce skin and fat below umbilicus. Abdominal apron may be associated with an incisional hernia, which can be treated with or without prosthesis. Our study raises the issue of the treatment of these abnormalities in a single session. We report the cases of two patients suffering from abdominal apron associated with incisional hernia. The surgical treatment was abdominoplasty and the treatment of incisional hernia by prosthesis in a single session. The postoperative course was uneventful.
