Résumé

This article refers to a usability study in the homepage of Apple Brazil, questionnaires were used to assess the degree of user satisfaction with the studied web. To support this study we use the Heuristic evaluation according to the criteria At the end of the article presents the results obtained from the research as well as some suggestions for improvements.
