First-time serological and molecular detection of Helicobacter pylori in milk from Algerian local-breed cows

Résumé

AIM: within local cow breeds in the central region of Algeria. MATERIALS AND METHODS: gene. RESULTS: gene was detected in the milk of 13% of cows and was confirmed in all cows presenting IgG in milk. CONCLUSION: and could be responsible for serious zoonosis.
