PSYCHOLOGICAL RESILIENCE AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO TEACHING PERFORMANCE AMONG PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS TEACHERS

The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological resilience and performance among physical education teachers, by answering the following main question: is there a statistically significant correlation between psychological resilience and performance among physical education teachers? In this study, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach using both the "Psychological Resilience" scale and the "Questionnaire on the Pedagogical Performance of Physical Education and Sports Teachers", on a randomly selected sample of (69) out of (85) teachers. One of the main findings of this study is the statistically significant correlation between psychological resilience and teaching performance among physical education teachers.
