Résumé

1. Some grammertical issues were identified 2. In the result section of the abstract line 6-9 need to be reviewed because it is confusing the way it was presented 3. Background:In background to the study in the aim of the study at the concluding part. I suggest it should read age 0-10 years instead of breaking it to 5 years and below and 6-10 years 4. Methods: In the methods section the sampling method was not explicit enough. For example how many health areas do we have in Buea Health District. In those selected 4 distrcits how many communitues do we have. How was the study participants identified through the snow balling method.
