Résumé

The aim of the study in its present form is not clearly stated.2. The general structure of the article is not scientifically suitable for publication.The author has to consider revising the article to reduce the amount of text and focus on the most relevant information.I also recommend language editing to allow for the selection of the most appropriate technical terms for the COVID pandemic dynamics.
