Potential competing interests: As a reviewer for this research, I believe that it sheds light on an important topic in healthcare and the occupational safety of healthcare providers.Here are some comments and suggested improvements to enhance the research: Clear Definition and Introduction: The definition and introduction could be improved to grab the readers' attention more effectively by providing more detailed statistics about violence against healthcare providers and the need to study this phenomenon.Environment and Context: More clarification about the environment and context studied in the research would be beneficial.Are there any specific characteristics of these hospitals or urban areas that need to be highlighted?Methodology and Approach: More information about how the selection of hospitals was conducted and why critical medical areas were chosen for the study would be helpful.Additionally, the research could provide more details about how interviews were conducted and spatial analysis was performed.Results and Conclusions: Deeper insights into the results and conclusions, including more detailed data analysis and an emphasis on the significance of the findings, could be beneficial.Future Directions: More guidance for future research could be added.For example, expanding the scope of the study or conducting a more in-depth survey of healthcare providers' opinions could be considered.Overall, the research represents a significant contribution to understanding how environmental design impacts the safety of healthcare providers.It can be improved through additional clarifications and guidance to enhance readers' understanding and the research's scientific value.
