Sampling method needs to be described fully and how you came up with a sample size of 50000.Recruiting procedures must be fully described including exclusion and inclusion criteria as well as your data analysis 3.Discuss your results with reference to other authors.5 Conclusion is the final impression of the author on the central idea/results covered in the research.
