A facile light managing strategy in inverted perovskite solar cells

Article scientifique 2021 Anglais

Résumé

Abstract A simple and facile light managing strategy has been proposed in this work to promote the light harvest in inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Effective light managing structures are realized on the substrate back surface by assembling two-dimensional hexagonal closely packed (2D-HCP) SiO2 nanoparticles with different diameters. The 100 nm 2D-HCP SiO2 structure, which mainly benefits from the graded refractive index along the light incident route, possesses an effective reflectance reduction of more than 10% in a wide incident angle range. Consequently, the efficiency of inverted PSCs has been substantially improved from 17.24% to 19.12%.
