This article investigates the relationship between grit and academic achievement among science undergraduate teachers at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST).Grit, defined as perseverance and passion for long-term goals, is examined in the context of academic success.The study utilizes a quantitative approach, employing a correlational design with a sample of 381 undergraduate teachers.The findings suggest a weak but significant positive correlation
