Résumé

There is a confusion "This study determined the antimicrobial sensitivity profile of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli against plants like Acacia arabica, Prosopis juliflora, Abutilon indicum, and Bryonia laciniosa" .You studied the antimicrobial profil of the plants against the bacteria and not the opposite or just the sensitivity of the bacteria towards the plants.Please correct.-Still in the abstract ( Methods) : Specify which method you carried out to evaluate the antibacterial activity.-Change "Zone of inhibition" with "Inhibition Zone" ( IZ) -"The antibiogram pattern of isolated Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli was observed to be Susceptible, Intermediate, and Slightly Resistant to Acacia arabica, Prosopis juliflora, Abutilon indicum, and Bryonia laciniosa."Put this in results section not in methods.You can only specify the method and the antibiotics you used for it.-"Phytochemical analysis indicates that the extracts of Acacia arabica, Prosopis juliflora, Abutilon indicum, and Bryonia laciniosa have the potential for use in managing Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli."This is not your results but could be a perspective, you should say that the extracts you studied could have the potentiel for use ….But the results are that you extracts showed a significant antibacterial activity against the studied bacteria.-Introduction : "The widespread use of herbal remedies and healthcare preparations is described in the Vedas and the Bible."The extensive utilization of herbal remedies and healthcare preparations is documented not only in the Vedas and the Bible, but also in various other historical texts and cultural traditions across the world.
