Résumé

This paper named "Packing design: packing proposal for juara's pulp sold at popular places", refers to a theoretical and practice research, performed by students of the discipline Packaging, of Design Course, from Universidade Federal do Maranho which aims create a secondary packing for juara's pulp sold on popular places of Saint Louis Island. For theoretical foundation considerations about packaging are made with emphasis on its functions and characteristc and about the juara, fruit known in other states as aa. The whole process was guided by Mestriner methodology (2002), resulting in four proposals implemented with low-cost materials, simple technology, and it can be produced by the vendor himself of juara's pulp.
