Résumé

Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare. This is a fantastic position paper on MRONJ by the Italian group. Harnessing previous works with the latest research in this field makes it thorough and supersede the earlier symptomatic focus by the AAOMS. Addressing the risk of newer drugs in the market and incorporation of more diseases/conditions offers clinicians broader overview in identifying those at risk, give appropriate guidance to these patients and decide on the right treatment needed when these complication does arise. Well done
