1.There are ample evidences of the burden of DN in DM patients, not only in Africa but also in Ethiopia.Where is the gap to do this research?Please justify and revise your justification as you stated in the abstract and introduction.2. In the methods sub-section of the abstract, the authors stated "a total of 4300 diabetics are under observation."Is it the sample size or the study population?Please make it clear.3. Do not put your recommendations in the results part.Remove the last sentence of the results sub-section.4. Your conclusion is not scientifically sound.Revise it. 5.
