Résumé

Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.The authors want to, based on a literature review, show how the policies implemented in Benin to influence the agricultural sector have evolved.This is a very good and ingenious research idea.The outcome of such an analysis will provide important lessons for other developing countries.In the sense that we will know what worked and what did not work so that the agricultural sector is in its current state.However, the authors must make more efforts to succeed in this mission.Tips for getting there are offered below.
