Hernie Interne Transomentale : À Propos d’une Observation

Résumé

ABSTRACT Internal hernias in the abdomen account for only 0.5 to 5.8% of the causes of intestinal obstruction and 0.2 to 2% of the total abdominal hernias. There are three types of internal hernia: internal hernia with normal orifice, internal hernia with paranormal orifice, and internal hernia with abnormal orifice. The authors report the case of an abnormal transomental hernia in a patient aged 28 years who presented 48 hours before admission to the Teaching Hospital University of Brazzaville (CHUB), an intestinal obstruction confirmed by abdominal x-rays without preparation. RESUME Les hernies internes de l’abdomen sont rares, car leurs frequences ne representent que 0,5 a 5,8% des causes d’occlusion intestinale et 0,2 a 2% de l’ensemble des hernies de l’abdomen. On distingue 3 types de hernie interne : hernie interne a orifice normal, paranormal et anormal. Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’une hernie a orifice anormal, transomental chez un patient de 28 ans ayant presente 48 heures avant son admission au CHU, une occlusion intestinale confirmee par la radiographie de l’abdomen sans preparation.
