Coletor menstrual: uma análise a luz do metaprojeto
Résumé
The present work seeks to make a study of the menstrual collector from the requirements of the metaproject, through the analysis of existing product, where a chronology of the collector was made, passing through the static scenario permeated by values of industrial rationalism, to the dynamic scenario, defined as A complex, dynamic and challenging setting for designers. Initially we sought to verify aspects related to design, from the stages proposed by the metaproject, but during the development of the study other reflections became necessary, extending the approach, besides a study oriented by the optical design for an anthropological look. The new generations have reviewed the guidelines discussed by feminism in the 1970s, such as the reappropriation of women over their own bodies and female representativeness in power spaces, as in politics and in the various areas of knowledge. In this sense aspects related to culture and gender issues serve as a way of deepening reflections, ranging from issues of the relationship of women to their own body and their role as producer of solutions on the level of materiality for the feminine universe. Addressing gaps in the historiography of design, which notes only male participation, despite the great female contribution to the area. The relationships between gender and design has aroused the academic and networked feminist interest of the entire world. The collector's analysis proposes a reflection that goes far beyond its practical function to the study of intangible aspects, but inherent in the understanding of all the dynamics involved in its use and of how it has become a symbol of self-knowledge for contemporary women.
