Corruption and Human Rights Law in Africa
Résumé
This book provokes the most pertinent debate engulfing Africa, that is, how to effectively deal with corruption in Africa – and it offers the human rights approach not as a replacement of criminal measures but to complement the already existing criminal measures, that gives a voice to the victims of corruption in Africa, who are, the ordinary citizens.
