Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.Important issue, but not treated by normal research skeleton.The study design is a typical kind of qualitative study.Please mention the study type and, for each method (group meetings, document analyses, and interviews), give data details (the findings).There are confusions among details from findings, discussion, and conclusions; my suggestion is to clarify that and avoid repetitions.The quality of the paper is not good, but the information from the study is essential.This information can have an important role in LMICs, showing the necessity of standardizing stakeholders, improving communication among them, standardizing kinds of information, standardizing the new technology for gathering and analysis of information relative to RTCs.Sure, it is an important step to reach the goal of "reduce the mortality" from traffic accidents.
