Review of: "Media Framing of African Refugee Migration to Europe: An Analysis of Narrative Constructions From Selected Global Media Houses in 2023"

Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.The paper is well-written and, indeed, timely.It marks a noticeable contribution to the existing pool of knowledge and scholarship on the larger migration literature.A major strength of the paper is noted in how it establishes apt intersections among politics, media, migration, economics, policy, and the existential perception of a people keen on taking up opportunities within the assumed globalized social space.Nevertheless, the non-inclusion of such media outfits in the likeness of Aljazeera in the sampling process did deny the write-up a more balanced conclusion.Meanwhile, this has not in any way negatively impacted the process that produced the outcomes.It is essentially a commendable write-up.
