Résumé

Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.The paper describes the factors associated with relapse of TB among adults in the MUYA Urban Health Zone.The study was conducted during a one-month period in the clinic and was questionnaire-based.The introduction in the abstract states that the study aimed to contribute to reducing the rate of TB relapse among adults, and as this is not strictly true, I would suggest that the introduction be rephrased, as the study is providing information on factors associated with relapse but not necessarily doing anything to reduce the rate of relapse.The paper uses many acronyms without first defining them, such as CSDT, BCT, BBT.A new acronym should be spelled out in full the first time it is used.
