Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.An interesting and, certainly, topical -especially in developing countries where a couple of secondary school education are shifting their curriculum at different time.I also think it's a good reflection of this journal to accept a paper for review that reflects the further reaches of education: moving away from the dominant East & West lens.
