Median Nail Dystrophy of both Thumbs

Résumé

Heller’s medial canaliform dystrophy (MCD) is a rare entity characterized by the paramedian crest formation of one or both thumbnails [1]. We report a case of a 13-year-old child who was used to biting thumbnails during several stressful events and diagnosed as medial ductal dystrophy of the thumbnail.
