General comment1.In introduction section, its better if you write numbers in figure because it's difficult for the audience to read and comprehend long numbers in letter.2. Although, Buruli disease has no prevention or treatment, assessing the magnitude may have importance in guiding response, thus you can justify the rational of the research.
