MethodClearly state the study design, study population, sample size, data collection method, and data analysis plan.Look at the study design in your main document ( retrospective descriptive epidemiological study) and try to be consistent throughout your document. Results Summarize findings as per your objective by confidence interval.Fever and intoxication are not diseases; maybe they are reasons for seeking health. ConclusionConclusions and recommendations should emanate from your findings.
