In the title I would have liked the Docking aspect to be mentioned because that's what it is. 2. Wouldn't it be wise to fix the bacteria you are targeting? 3. Can you suggest a mechanism of action for flavocillin? 4. Methods: On what basis did you decide that this antibiotic could have anti-inflammatory potential? 5. The Table below does not sufficiently express the rendering of this study. It would have been necessary to add intervals or limit values of acceptability. The Table highlights several values that are not used wisely. What did you want to demonstrate with the values shown in the Table? 6. I think Docking needs to be better represented in this study.
