Résumé

Abstract We discuss a restricted overpartition, called overpartitions into distinctparts, by exploring its combinatorial and arithmetic properties, as well as providingboth generating function and bijective proofs, we also present some of its identities,beside a few congruences and asymptotic approach, the second part of this paperwill be about some new results on partitions and overpartitions.
