OverviewThis commentary presents a comprehensive examination of Personal Health Data Spaces (PHDS) as a transformative approach to addressing fragmentation in modern healthcare systems.The work proposes PHDS as patient-centred, interoperable ecosystems that integrate governance, real-world evidence (RWE), and arti cial intelligence (AI) to support continuously learning healthcare systems .
