Résumé

Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.After reviewing the article, it can be concluded that the paper explores the concept of knowledge co-production and highlights its importance in the development of innovation policies.The paper builds a conceptual framework based on Distributed Cognition Theory, and through case studies spanning over ten years, the paper illuminates the inputs, processes, and outputs necessary for quality knowledge co-production.
