Review of: "[Review] Redefining the Concept of e-Government Program. A Review of the Literature"

Résumé

The paper attempts to provide a framework for e-Government definition. I find that this is an interesting topic particularly with the evolution of ICT and the apparition of digital technologies as artificial intelligence, social networks, blockchain, big data, etc. Based on my knowledge, I provide the following comments to the author.
