Résumé

Abstract Application The reduced method of determination the photonic properties of solids on nano thin film chalcogenide composition Se79.13S11.41Te9.64 reveals that the refractive index (n) is wavelength (l) dependence. Cauchy dispersion equation is fit the obtained results of n = f (l) for all wavelength ranges. Cauchy dispersion coefficients are wavelength dependent. The optical energy gap is allowed indirect equals to 3.35 eV. And sup energy level in the gap equals to 1.4eV. From the dependence of extinction coefficient on l the Fermi level of the nano thin film Se79.13S11.41Te9.64 is determined equals to 2.22eV. The single oscillator model, the effective dispersion oscillator energy Eo = 0.26eVand the dispersion energy Ed is determined Ed =0.94eV and explained in detail. The cause of dependence of the Cauchy coefficients on the incident photon energy is given. Applying Wemple- DiDomenico single oscillator model the following results determined no =2.15, the static dielectric constant eo =4.62 and the . The bond type, and the dangling bond effects on energy band tail states and the optical properties of the nano thin film chalcogenide composition Se79.13S11.41Te9.64.
