Résumé

This article presents the results of an investigation that analyzed the spatial transformations, regarding the dimensional aspect, which the two-bedrooms multifamily Social Interest Housing (HIS) passed, in relation to the original architectural projects in the city of Blumenau / SC, among 1980 and 2018. The methodology applied in this investigation included documentary research characterized by qualitative analysis applied to housing projects financed by federal housing policies: Banco Nacional de Habitao (BNH); Residential Leasing Program (PAR) and Minha Casa Minha Vida Program (PMCMV). The research focused the architectural design on the scale of the housing unit, limiting itself to a technical look at the internal spaces
